Bulandshahr. In UP's Yogi Raj, the case of a sadhu being naked by treating him humanely in Bulandshahr has come to light. A constable posted in Secunderabad Kotwali of district Bulandshahr has been accused by a monk of nudging twice in the name of checking. Taking the matter seriously, Bulandshahr SSP Santosh Kumar Singh has directed Shiv Secunderabad to immediately investigate the matter and submit the investigation report within two hours.
The suffering sadhus live at the temple of Kamalpur village of Kakod police station area of Bulandshahr district. According to the victim sadhu, two days ago, the victim sadhu was going to the temple located in village Kamalpur on a cycle at night time, it is alleged that the police personnel posted at the police checkpost near Cheeti village in Secunderabad Kotwali area stopped and after interrogation. Taking the monk's clothes off by taking him to the room and making him naked, the victim monk alleges that his nappy was also opened, then the monk alleges that he was made naked twice in the name of checking.
According to the victim sadhu, the policemen posted at the check post first asked for Aadhar card in his I card during interrogation of the sadhu, when he could not show it, he was taken to the room naked in the name of being searched on the basis of suspicion. He also talked about coming to the temple, but the victim sadhu bluntly said to come to the temple in uniform.
The victim sadhu told that the act done to him has caused him mental and social trauma.
Instructions for action by investigating CO Secunderabad
Regarding the matter, SP City Surendra Nath Tiwari said that immediately CO Secunderabad has been directed to reach the spot and take action after investigation. When the news was written, the CO Secunderabad had left for the temple for investigation.
SSP summoned investigation report in 2 hours
The victim sadhu was inhumane in the name of checking so that when the information was given to the villagers, someone made a video of the sadhu and made it viral, after which it was tweeted to the UP Police, while taking immediate cognizance of the matter, Bulandshahr DIG / SSAP Santosh Kumar Singh has immediately handed over the investigation of the incident to Secunderabad CO Suresh Kumar and asked for a report after investigating it in 2 hours.
