DM Baghpat Rajkamal Yadav has held a review meeting with the concerned departmental officers regarding the Integrated Grievance Redressal System IGRS portal in the Baghpat Collectorate Auditorium. The District Magistrate said that from time to time, the quality status and disposal of the references received on the IGRS portal are reviewed by the Hon'ble Chief Minister and other high officials, so the concerned officers should immediately dispose of the references received on the IGRS and also contact the complainant over the phone. Not serious about complaints and complaints are going in the category of defaulter, salary of such officers will be stopped and departmental action will also be implemented against them.
District Magistrate Rajkamal Yadav also instructed all the officers that the file related to disposal of the complaint should also be in the office. Repeated complaints of a complainant are not resolved, then such officers will also be identified. He said that if any complaint is pending on the Chief Minister's Reference, Prime Minister's Reference, District Magistrate's reference public hearing portal, then it will be considered to the concerned department that it is not making any changes in its working style. If someone falls in the category of defaulter then his salary will be withheld. No complaint should come on Chief Minister's helpline 1076, which is a complaint, their timely disposal should be quality. He said that the officer concerned with the complainant should also talk on the phone, whether the complainant is satisfied with the disposal of the complaint made or not.
The complaint of the complainant should be resolved seriously. Negligence on this will not be tolerated. Officers should be sensitive to complaints. He has instructed that he must sit in his office at 10 in the morning and listen to the problems of the people. If any officer is found absent in this, action will be taken against him. Cleanliness in the office should be good.
